How to order a CreAZ?
??????A) You can fill a CreAz preorder form to enter your informations and your request.
Depending of the chosen item, crafting process may need 1 to 4 weeks after the final order before being shipped.
- You choose your item: a fashion jewelry (necklace OR earrings), a jewelry set (necklace AND earrings), an accessory (bag accessory/ keychain), a jewelry box, a hanging decoration,...
- Its material: 'open bezel' (metal frame filled with resin) OR in resin (resin piece shaped using a mold). These two types have several shapes to choose from available.
- The metal color (of the open bezel if chosen which all findings will in matching colors or the resin piece's findings).
- Your jewelry or decoration theme: the proposed list is not exhaustive in the form so don't hesitate to tell me about your ideas for your CreAZ, I left a free space if you have precise ideas for that matter :)
B) Or send me a message in my contact form or via Instagram (only drop the item name and its version + the customized colors you need *by using this option you give me freedom for the assembling: I will give matching charms and findings metal color to the creation*.
Please make sure all infos you entered are correct as I will need them to contact you once I checked your order form. I will then send you the link to the corresponding product so you can finalize your order. Once the payment is completed, I will then start the creation process.
If some issue occurs on my side (case of emergency), I will always contact you about the possible delayed period on the crafting process. If that happens I will give you a discount coupon for the caused inconvenience for either a choice of normal order or a CreAZ.
